By accessing or using covermesports.com (the "Site") or subscribing to any Cover Me Sports service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cover Me Sports provides sports analysis and pick information on a subscription basis. Our services include:

• Sports pick recommendations delivered via our website
• Real-time SMS notifications for new picks
• Access to analysis and commentary

Cover Me Sports is an entertainment and information service only. We do not accept wagers, facilitate gambling, or operate as a sportsbook. All picks are opinions and for entertainment purposes only.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free — Limited access, 1 free pick per week
• VIP Weekly — Full access for 7 days, billed weekly at $19.99
• VIP Monthly — Full access, billed monthly at $49
• VIP Annual — Full access, billed annually at $349/yr

4. Billing & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• All sales are final — no refunds except where required by law

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at win@covermesports.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

6. Cover Me Exclusive Guarantee

When a pick is designated as a "Cover Me Exclusive," we offer a free week of picks if that specific pick results in a loss. This guarantee:

• Applies only to picks explicitly labeled 'Cover Me Exclusive'
• Provides one free week of VIP Weekly access
• Is applied manually by our team within 48 hours of the result
• Cannot be combined with other offers
• Is limited to one guarantee per exclusive pick per subscriber

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during signup, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Cover Me Sports including pick alerts and account notifications.

• Reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cover Me Sports provides picks and analysis for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of any pick or prediction
• Profits or returns from following our picks
• The outcome of any sporting event

Sports betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Please gamble responsibly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cover Me Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any picks or information provided. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on covermesports.com including picks, analysis, graphics, logos, and branding is the exclusive property of Cover Me Sports. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute our picks or content without permission
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our platform

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our Site. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
